Used in commerce to identify the proprietary transformation methodology and the consulting services of Dr. Koby Glass.
The marks that identify IDEA.OS™,and what you may — and may not — do with them.
1. Marks & Wordmarks
1.1 Owner.
IDEA.OS™, the IDEA.OS™ logo, the application icon, and any associated slogans or model names (collectively, the “Marks”) are the property of Dr. Koby Glass.
1.2 Common-law rights.
Regardless of registration status, the Marks benefit from common-law trademark rights arising from use in commerce in the United States and other jurisdictions.
1.3 Notice of claim.
The ™ symbol is used with IDEA.OS™ to indicate that Dr. Koby Glass claims exclusive rights to the mark as a trademark and service mark.
2. Permitted & Prohibited Use
2.1 Permitted nominative reference.
You may refer to IDEA.OS™ by name in accurate, factual contexts (reviews, articles, academic work, employer assessments) provided that you do not suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by Dr. Koby Glass and provided that the reference is not used in connection with goods or services that compete with the Marks.
2.2 Prohibited use.
You may not, without our prior written permission, (a) use the Marks as the name, logo, or brand of any product, service, publication, course, podcast, dataset, software, or organisation, (b) register, attempt to register, or assist any third party to register a domain name, social-media handle, business name, or trademark that consists of, contains, or is confusingly similar to the Marks, (c) modify, distort, recolour, or animate the Marks, or (d) use the Marks in any manner that disparages Dr. Koby Glass or the IDEA.OS™ methodology.

3. Third-Party Marks & Infringement Reporting
3.1 Third-party marks.
All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party mark on the site does not imply affiliation with, endorsement of, or sponsorship by Dr. Koby Glass.
3.2 Reporting suspected infringement.
If you believe that content on this site infringes your trademark rights, or if you wish to report the use of a confusingly similar mark elsewhere, please write to legal at the IDEA.OS™ domain with the subject line “Trademark Notice.” Your notice should include:
- your name, address, telephone, and email address;
- identification of the mark at issue and the country of registration or use;
- the URL, advertisement, or specific location of the alleged use;
- a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
3.3 Counter-notice.
If you believe that content removed from the site under this procedure was removed in error or that you are authorised to use the relevant mark, you may submit a counter-notice containing the same six elements specified above, together with a consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
3.4 Updates to this Notice.
We may revise this Trademark Notice to reflect new filings, additional common-law uses, or changes in applicable law. The “Effective” date at the head of this document indicates the most recent revision.
