What this Privacy Policy covers,and the categories of information we handle.
1. Scope & Definitions
1.1 Who is the controller.
This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated by Dr. Koby Glass under the brand IDEA.OS™ and to any communications, forms, or published materials accessed through that website. In this Policy, “IDEA.OS™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dr. Koby Glass as the controller of personal data collected through the site.
1.2 Scope of application.
This Policy governs the personal information we collect when you visit the IDEA.OS™ website, when you submit the consultation form on the site, when you correspond with us by email, and when you interact with any future features of the site linked from ideaos.example. It does not govern personal data you provide to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn) that are merely linked from our site.

When you submit the consultation form on this site, we collect your name, email address, organisation, role or title, and the free-text content of your inquiry. Submitting the form constitutes voluntary, specific, informed consent to the processing described in this Policy.
2.2 Information collected automatically.
The site records server logs, IP address, browser type, referring page, approximate geolocation, and aggregate page-view metrics. These records are used solely to operate, secure, and improve the site and are retained for a rolling period of no more than thirteen (13) months.
2.3 Information from third-party services.
If you arrive at this site through a paid or organic search result, the referring search service may transmit anonymised referral data. If you interact with embedded media (such as YouTube), the third-party platform may collect identifiers according to its own policy.
3. Use, Sharing & Cookies
3.1 Purposes of processing.
We process form submissions to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery conversation if you request one, and maintain a record of professional correspondence. We process server logs to operate, secure, debug, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
3.2 Sharing.
Personal data is shared only with: (i) a form-capture provider delivering form submissions to a designated inbox; (ii) an email delivery partner, used solely to send replies you have initiated; and (iii) a hosting provider storing logs on our behalf under a data-processing agreement consistent with this Policy.
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies.
The site uses a minimal set of first-party browser storage (local and session storage, not third-party cookies) to preserve form state and to recognise a return visit so we can understand aggregate reading behaviour. You may clear this storage at any time through your browser settings; site functionality is not conditional on retaining it.

4.1 Access, correction, deletion.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion of your data, or object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Requests are honoured free of charge and answered within thirty (30) calendar days, in line with applicable data-protection law (the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent regimes).
4.2 Retention.
Form submissions are retained for as long as we maintain an active professional correspondence with you and for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months thereafter. Server logs are retained for no more than thirteen (13) months. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.
4.3 Security.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted through encrypted channels to a designated inbox. Access to submissions is limited to the controller and to the data-processing partner identified in Section 3.2.
4.4 Children.
The IDEA.OS™ website is intended for adult professionals and is not directed at children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
4.5 Changes to this Policy.
Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and announced on the IDEA.OS™ site. The “Effective” date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
