Decision Latency
Strategic decisions sit for 12+ days while $180M portfolios compound risk and lose competitive ground.

IDEA.OS™ is the operating system I install to stabilize your program in 30 days and hand back a self-running system in 6 months.

The Reality
Not because teams don't work hard. Because the operating model is broken.
Strategic decisions sit for 12+ days while $180M portfolios compound risk and lose competitive ground.
1,800 governance hours a month producing status updates instead of decisions — while blockers age untouched.
15 parallel initiatives, 8 teams above 100% utilization, and only 47% of the portfolio in green health.
Lead With Evidence
The 8-Problem Diagnostic benchmarks your program against the failure patterns we see in every stalled enterprise transformation. Answer, score, and see exactly where the operating model is breaking.

The Approach
A four-phase installation. Each phase has a gate. Each gate has a named owner. If we don't clear a gate, we don't move forward.
Stop the bleeding. Install decision spine, RAID register, and executive dashboard.
P3 DecisionP7 Governance
Design the operating model across all 9 pillars. Named DRIs. Value streams live.
P1 IntentP2 StructureP4 Flow
Pilot the system on 2–3 value streams. Pilot must beat baseline KPIs by 20%.
P4 FlowP5 IncentiveP8 Technology
Hand off to internal owners at 90% readiness. Clean exit. Self-running system.
P6 TalentP9 Integration
“If I cannot stabilize your transformation in 30 days, you should not keep me.”

The Operating Model
Nine disciplined systems. Installed as one operating model. Audited quarterly against a 90-question maturity scorecard.
CEO-owned north-star KPIs that connect strategy to every resource decision.
Value-stream organization designed around customer flow, not functional silos.
Codified 24/48/72-hour SLAs with L1→L2→L3 escalation and named DRIs.
WIP limits, lead-time tracking, and Little's Law enforced across every stream.
Compensation redesigned to reward flow outcomes, not activity or heroics.
Capacity planning with a mandatory 10–15% strategic reserve, not 100% utilization.
Meeting rhythm engineered to produce decisions, never status updates.
Real-time observability across all 9 pillars — single source of truth for KPIs.
The kernel that ensures the other eight pillars reinforce, not conflict.

About
I've spent most of my career walking into transformations that were already failing. Different industries, different scale, different board pressure — but every time, the same diagnosis. It wasn't the strategy. It wasn't the technology. And it almost never was the people. The operating model underneath the work was broken.
Decisions took weeks. Governance produced status, not outcomes. Portfolios ran at 107% capacity with no reserve for the inevitable pivot. Dependencies broke silently until they broke publicly. Teams weren't underperforming — they were being asked to sprint through a system designed to slow them down.
So I stopped rebuilding the same thing from scratch every engagement and codified it. Nine pillars. Ninety questions. A thirty-day stabilization sprint and a six-month installation. IDEA.OS™ is what I install when a transformation has to work — and it has to work on a clock.
Weekly Cadence
Five nested rhythms. Each has a purpose, a duration, and a decision output. Nothing runs on hope.
15 minutes per stream. Blockers named and escalated within 2 hours.
60 minutes. Decisions only. Zero status-only agenda items permitted.
90 minutes. Portfolio health, capacity rebalance, initiative pivots or kills.
2-hour board-style review. Phase gates, ROI refresh, roadmap reconciliation.
Half-day offsite. Maturity rescore, playbook updates, next-quarter OKRs.
Questions
Strategy houses deliver decks and defer execution to you. I install a running operating system, prove it works against baseline KPIs, and hand it to your internal team at 90% readiness. The engagement ends. The system stays.
Agile and SAFe are delivery frameworks for teams. IDEA.OS™ is the operating model above them — the decision spine, governance rhythm, capacity choreography, and portfolio discipline that make any delivery framework actually work at scale.
That is when I get the call. The 30-Day Stabilization Sprint is designed for exactly this state — decisions overdue, portfolios inflamed, dependencies breaking. Day 30 is a binary Go/No-Go gate against a ≥85% completion threshold.
No. I upgrade it. The PMO reports on the work; IDEA.OS™ makes the work move. By Month 6 your PMO is running the operating rhythm I installed — with better instrumentation, tighter SLAs, and a clean escalation path.
If I cannot stabilize your transformation in 30 days against the published Day-30 gate, you should not keep me. Every engagement has explicit exit criteria written before we start.
I leave. The system runs. Your internal owners have completed three consecutive governance cycles without external support. You have a documented runbook, a live executive dashboard, and — when you're ready — a specification for the software layer that replaces the spreadsheets.
Next Step
Twenty minutes. No deck. No pitch. You describe what's stuck, I tell you which of the eight problems is driving it, and we decide from there.
